Last day packing craziness

My two bags are almost completely filled. It feels a bit strange having to find all my warm winter clothing when the temperature in Stockholm is near 26!

Nevertheless we are finally going up north, something I have been looking forward to since I began this PhD project 2 years ago.

The flight leaves at an early 7.30 Wednesday morning, and we should arrive in Longyearbyen sometime in the middle afternoon. We are in for an unplanned surprise on Friday morning, when a solar eclipse should be quite visible to us on Svalbard! More then….
